The North Central Counties Consortium Governing Board is comprised of one appointee from each County Board of Supervisors in Colusa, Glenn, Lake, Sutter and Yuba Counties.

The Governing Board is the actual grant recipient for the Workforce Investment Act funds in NCCC and is responsible for the oversight of the Workforce Investment Act activities. All contracts for the administration of WIA funding in the counties is approved and monitored by the Governing Board.
