The North Central Counties Consortium Workforce Investment Board (WIB) with the involvement, approval and agreement of the Governing Board is responsible for the oversight of the local One-Stop system in Colusa, Glenn, Lake, Sutter and Yuba Counties.

The membership composition of the WIB is made up of a majority from private business representatives, and local educational entities, labor organizations, community based organizations, economic development organizations, partners located at the One-Stops and representatives from other groups as deemed appropriate by the Governing Board.

The NCCC Workforce Investment Board has established four Special Committees to carry out the vision detailed in the new Two Year Strategic State Plan.
